Rude Health organic muesli- Various Flavours

Rude Health started with this muesli. The Ultimate. We didn’t know the rules of making a breakfast cereal, we just thought: what if there was no limit to the quality and quantity of ingredients? We balanced a great blend of grains until we couldn't improve the texture, then we added absolutely all the ingredients that got us excited. It might be our first muesli, but it is still our ultimate.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Oats (53%), dried apricot (6.6%), raisins (6.6%), barley flakes, rye flakes, dates (3.1%)almonds (2%), toasted hazelnuts (2%), golden linseed (2%), sunflower seeds (2%), cranberries, linseeds (2%), quinoa flakes, buckwheat flakes, puffed rice, prunes, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds (1%), dried apple (1%), cinnamon (0.2%)

●Soft Bircher Muesli 

The original muesli took all night to make. Dr Bircher chilled oats, nuts and fruit to make them deliciously soft and digestible. For those who aren't as organised as Dr Bircher, we've created a muesli that goes soft straight away, so you get all that Swiss deliciousness without having to have Swiss levels of organisation.

Oats (84.5%), dried apple (10%), raisins (4%), dried banana (1.5%).
